Style, Texture & Calligraphy Cut
40 years' experience with a Fashion Week heritage, an original L’Oreal ID Artist & one of UK's only certified Calligraphy Cut stylists, Simon has the knowledge, experience & skill to cater exactly to your individuality & expectations.

His work has featured in Love, Vogue, Tatler & Men’s Health & provides the inspiration for the SWH brand. He specialises in razorcuts, clipperwork & curls, as well as wig styling & alopecia.

Due to the nature of session work, Simon's appointments may be subject to change.

Lauren

New Talent Style & Colour
Smart, successful & determined to achieve great things, Lauren is an SWH New Talent & already made the L'Oreal Colour Trophy finals. She delivers great quality services at exclusively discounted rates while she builds her clientele.

Lauren's all about delivering excellent customer care from start to finish. She offers clipper-cuts, short razored styles or longer layered looks, all with great attention to detail. Completing your look with atop-up toner, natural tint or soft glaze, you'll love her work.

Carley

Style, Colour & Texture Ambassador - Freelance
Carley has an extensive salon & editorial history. Her specialism lies in cutting, specifically disconnection, short cuts & razor-cuts. Her expertise spans vintage, barbering, curls, coils & afro. While her hair-ups & blow-dries are perfect for weddings & events.

She creates beautiful, soft colours & tones to compliment your new style & create a total finished look.

Sadie

Style & Texture - Freelance Visiting Guest Artist
Sadie brings over 10yrs cutting experience to the salon floor, with training from Sassoon & Aveda shaping her precision-led but intuitive approach. She specialises in razor-work, lived-in layers & low-maintenance shapes, as well as classic cuts, precision & disconnection. Working with the natural texture of each client’s hair, she create cuts that feel effortless & low-maintenance.

Her calm demeanour & bespoke services ensure you leave her chair feeling lighter, more confident & completely yourself.

Ellie

Style, Colour & Extensions
One of SWH Team’s fastest progressing superstars, Ellie' was a trainee at SWH, she's progressed through the ranks & is now a Specialist & session stylist in her own right. Her attention to detail & energy shines through in her craft.

Whether you're looking for an icy cool blonde, statement colour or mocha balayage , you're in good hands. Her short cuts, clipperwork & skinfades are as clean as her colours. And her taped extensions are luxurious & seamless.

Phil

Style Ambassador & Educator - Freelance
SWH Team original, Phil’s focus has always been bespoke cutting, razoring & clipperwork with a versatile & creative flair. A L'Oreal Men's Image finalist in his first year, Phil moved into fashion & became an established member of the Chanel & Balmain hair teams.

His Fashion Week & Couture styling inspires him in-salon to keep our clients on-trend & looking fresh, when not assisting industry-legend Sam McKnight.

Flo

Flo is a highly-creative, classic stylist with a twenty year-pedigree in hairdressing. She delivers excellent precision cuts with strong, clean shapes, paired with luxurious, glossy colour.

Her in-depth consultations & product advice ensure your homecare routine keeps your hair healthy, strong & looking fresh from the salon. Flo's energy, easy confidence & humour are infectious & her clientele love the feel-great-factor she delivers every time.

Nathan

Multi-award winning finalist (Wella Trend Vision & L'Oreal Colour Trophy), Nathan is known for his creative colour work & seamless, modern finishes. His work has graced magazine covers, bringing an editorial eye into every balayage, colour melt & precision cut.

Now based in the Isle of Man, Nathan combines his in-salon artistry with education, sharing his expertise with the next generation of stylists.

Angie's built a loyal clientele who love her energy, technical knowledge & on-trend techniques. She's an all-round complete natural in the salon, bringing great energy, drive & of course gorgeous hair.

Lucey boasts over 12yrs' experience as a master colourist & educator crafting the perfect icy scalp bleach or lived-in blonde. She is always at the forefront of new techniques, sectioning & colour placement trends; the ideal choice for a colour transformation. Paired with an Aura smoothing treatment, she's hard to beat.

Painter, writer & teacher, Sophie now steers SWH behind the scenes, adhering to the highest standards of a sustainable, community-driven, forward-thinking business. And in 2021 Sophie was recognised as a UK F:Entrepreneur alumni.

Her focus on balancing customer experience & high-street ethos with creativity, industry disruption & a fashion-led approach, helped SWH to scoop the title of UK Ultimate Salon & Sustainability Leadership Awards.

Sofia

New Talent & Assistant
Sofia joined SWH on work experience & was so great, we couldn't let her go! She's in-salon when not at college, completing her L3 in Hairdressing. And she's taking on clients at specially discounted New Talent rate while she builds her clientele.

Clever, motivated and with an eye for style, Sofia is developing her styling and colouring skills with expertise. And while learning, she's on-hand to make sure both you & your stylist have everything you need.

TIlda

Front of House & Salon Co-Ordinator
Senior Front of House & Salon Co-Ordinator Tilda was a client at SWH long before joining the team, so she understands every moment the SWH client experience first hand.

Calm, approachable & no-judgement, she makes sure your service is seamless; from booking right through to your bespoke aftercare recommendations.

She co-ordinates SWH co-ordinated with an effortless & expert touch & is there to welcome you in.

Lola

Apprentice
Lola is SWH's L2 Apprentice. Cheery, sassy & hard-working, Lola is just starting out on her journey into hairdressing.

She's always on-hand with a beaming smile, great coffee & the best head massage to make sure you unwind from the outset. And she's ready with anything you need while your stylist makes sure you leave looking & feeling fantastic.

Bob

Salon Dog & Maître D'
Bob is the oldest SWH Team member and a salon celebrity.

Affectionate, compact and super-chilled, Bob is often always on-hand to greet you. Let's be honest, his hairdressing sucks. But his calming presence is a firm favourite with clients who enjoy a bit of fuss while waiting.

And if you're not a dog person, don't worry, we'll always make sure you're able to enjoy a dog-free space.

Dani

Front of House & Salon Co-Ordinator
Dani's journey at SWH began as an apprentice & hairdresser. Now she heads up our Client Care Team & Front of House (as well as styling) to ensure we deliver a personalised & fuss-free client experience time after time.

Her hairdressing experience means she can effectively answer all your styling questions & provide insights & recommendations to assist you in the booking process. Her warmth, positivity & knowledge make her a firm SWH favourite.

Roma

Assistant
Roma is SWH's newest team member & has already become a firm favourite. Whether it's delivering your favourite coffee, the perfect toner or a bouncy blow-dry, Roma is on-hand to ensure your appointment is just as you like it.

She already has her L2 hairdressing qualification & is working towards becoming a New Talent stylist.

Simon Webster Hair is a hybrid salon with exciting opportunities for both employed and freelance stylists as well as apprentices.

We're a Real Living Wage employer. Our employed team work flexible hours and are guaranteed a high minimum hourly rate with uncapped commission, meaning you have unlimited potential to take home what you want to earn and achieve your ideal work-life balance. We offer extended holiday over the Christmas/New Year period as well as Bank Holidays and Pride weekend because we believe in self-care. We provide regular training because we believe in investing in our team creatively as well as financially. And we hold Breakfast Club meetings to share ideas and because we believe in involving our team.
